Log In Page

The Log In page allows you to log into the website, register to create a new account, recover your user name, reset your password or see how to become a WIC Vendor. In addition, it provides a contact us link for you to contact the WIC program via email.

  • Logging In: This website requires that you have a WIC Vendor Portal account. If you have not created an account, please do so now. To create an account, click on the Register link located below the Log In button.

    If you have an account, please enter your user name (email address) and password, and then click the Log In button. You should now see the Home page. Please click the Contact Us link (bottom of the page) if you encounter an issue.
    • User name: Enter your User name (email address). The user name must be unique within the system. Note: An email address can only be associated with one account.
    • Password: Enter your Password. Passwords are required to be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 8 characters in length. The new password must have at least one number, capital letter, or punctuation mark. Note: The user name and password cannot be the same.

  • Register to create a new account. Before you can log into the WIC Vendor Portal website, you must create an account. Click on the Register link to go to the Register Account web page. Complete all fields on this page then click on the Register button.
    • First Name: Enter the first name of the person who will be accessing this account.
    • Last Name: Enter the last name of the person who will be accessing this account. This will be considered the contact person for the account.
    • Phone: Enter in the best number that you can be reached at in case the WIC Vendor Manager ever has to call you regarding your account or price survey.
    • Company Name: Enter in the company name or organization you represent.
    • Send Email Reminders: Check this box if you would like to recieve email reminders. These will let you know when a survey is due and if the submitted survey was approved or rejected.
    • Email: This will be your user name and where we will send all reminders and notifications. Must be unique within the system.
    • Password: Is required to be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 8 characters in length. The new password must have at least one number, capital letter, or punctuation mark. Note: The user name and password cannot be the same.
    • Confirm password: Must match the Password exactly.

  • Forgot Username: If you forget your username, click on the Username link. The link will display the Account Username Recovery page. Enter in the Email Address associated with the account then click the Recover button. Once the entered information has been verified, an email containing your username will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

  • Forgot Password: Passwords cannot be recovered they can only be reset by creating a new password. To reset your password, click on the Password link; this link will take you to the Reset Password page. The page requires you to enter in your Email Address. Once verified, an email will be sent to you containing a link to change your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

  • Apply to be a WIC Vendor: If you are not a WIC Vendor and would like to find out how to become one click on this link. You will be directed to the WIC Program website for more information.

  • UPC Listing: Click on the UPC Listing link found in the footer section to go to the WIC Programs webpage where you will find the most up to date information.

  • Contact Us: If you have questions or problems with the WIC Vendor Portal website, click on the Contact Us link found in the footer section to send an email. Please describe the question or problem you are experiencing in detail and provide the best method for contacting you.

Current Pending Price Survey
This section contains the name of the currently pending survey which is also a link. Click on it to go to the actual price survey page. It also contains the number of days that are left before the survey is due.

Account Summary
Displays account information, such as, Contact name, Company, Contact Phone, Email Address and whether or not you are signed up for survey reminders.

Price Survey History
Once a survey has been approved or expired it will be listed in this section. Each survey is a link allowing you to view all past surveys.

Account Management

You can use this page to modify your account information. Your user name can not be modified. To change your password select the Change Password link at the top of the window.

Change Password

In order to change your password you must first enter your current password and then a new password. Passwords are required to be 6 to 8 characters in length. The new password must have at least one number, capital letter, or punctuation mark.

  • Current password: your current WIC Vendor Portal password.
  • New password: create a new password following the specified requirements and one that does not match your user name.
  • Confirm new password: re-enter the new password to confirm it.
Log Off

Clicking on the Log Off link terminates the user session and returns you to the Log In page.
